Surf-Tech Industries was founded in 1977 to provide metal finishing services to the manufacturing companies in BC and Alberta. The company started its business in Port Moody and is still operating in the original location today.
	The company market has grown steadily over the 26 years of successful business, both in the volume and the diversity of metal finishing services offered to the customers. Today, Surf-Tech Industries serves over 200 customers from different manufacturing areas that range from the manufacturers of traditional building materials to the state-of-the-art innovative engineering firms.

Back in 1977, Surf-Tech started with only 2 employees. Today the company offers a steady employment
and career growth to 10 employees.

Thanks to a very low turnover in the Surf-Tech work force, the professionals at Surf-Tech can offer to
the customer over 100 years of combined experience in metal finishing.

To assist the clients with todays technilogical challenges, some of the Surf-Tech management and
technical staff have successfully attained university degrees including PhD in Applied Science and
Engineering.
